1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Study & Go Global website at studyandgoglobal.com (the "Platform"), creating an account, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2 Description of Services

Study & Go Global is an educational advisory platform that helps students — primarily from Tanzania and East Africa — explore international universities, prepare application documents, and navigate the study abroad process. Our services include:

• University and program discovery tools
• Application submission assistance and document collection
• Visa guidance and pre-departure support
• One-on-one consultation sessions with our advisors
• Scholarship information and referrals

Important: Study & Go Global is an independent advisory service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agents of any university unless explicitly stated. Admission decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.

3 User Accounts

To access certain features — such as submitting applications, tracking progress, and managing your profile — you must create an account using a valid email address or your Google account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in applications or your profile
• Upload documents that belong to another person without their authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its backend systems
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Platform
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any software that could damage or interfere with the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
• Use the Platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Application Submissions

When you submit a university application through our Platform:

• You confirm that all information and documents you provide are genuine, accurate, and belong to you.
• You consent to us forwarding your application materials to the relevant university or institution on your behalf.
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee admission. All admission decisions are made exclusively by the university.
• Uploaded documents (passport copy, transcripts, certificates) are stored securely and used solely for application processing.
• We may contact you by email or WhatsApp with updates about your application status.

6 Fees and Payments

Certain advisory services offered by Study & Go Global may be subject to service fees, which will be clearly communicated before any charge is made. University application fees (paid directly to institutions) are separate from our advisory fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate service agreement. If you have questions about pricing, contact us at admissions@studyandgoglobal.com before engaging any paid service.

7 Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that your application will result in admission to any university.
• We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
• Program fees, deadlines, and entry requirements listed on this Platform are for informational purposes and may change without notice. Always verify directly with the university.

To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Study & Go Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, logos, program descriptions, and software — is the property of Study & Go Global or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access would cause harm to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admissions@studyandgoglobal.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
